Many people spend decades pursuing success—building careers, accumulating wealth, achieving recognition—only to discover that success alone does not satisfy the deeper longing for purpose. This course invites participants to redefine what it means to live a successful life by shifting from achievement-centered living to significance-centered living.

Grounded in biblical principles and practical leadership wisdom, participants will examine their current “scorecard” for life, identify areas requiring realignment, and develop a personal legacy plan focused on faith, purpose, relationships, and eternal impact.

Course Content

Understanding Success vs. Significance
Success is often defined by the world's standards—career advancement, financial security, recognition, influence, and personal accomplishments. While these achievements can be rewarding, many people eventually discover that they do not fully satisfy the deeper longing for purpose and meaning. As life progresses, questions begin to emerge: Is this all there is? What legacy am I leaving? Does my life have eternal significance?
